FMRP chosen for "Hurricane Hardened" Design at Saint Leo University |

This is the first new academic building in the last 40 years on the campus and Saint Leo University has entrusted Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects with the programming and design of this 45,000 square foot, four story building. Our Barrel Style Metal Tile Roofing System was chosen due to its extreme uplift characteristics. In the event of a hurricane, the School of Business facility is intended to be the "safe shelter" for all students and faculty on campus.
The New School of Business is planned to be a minimum of LEED Silver certification by the USGBC.
